Storyblocks

Storyblocks is a content licensing platform that allows content creators to access a huge library of videos, photos, and audio that they can use in their editing. The content is licensed so that whatever a creator uses it for can be monetized as they see fit — i.e. no copyright claims. It’s often used by Youtubers to supplement their own footage. Contributors can get paid to upload their own content, making it available for use. Users pay a flat subscription fee, and contributors get a cut of the revenue.
