Build and Sell Websites

For some entrepreneurs, starting websites and getting traction is the hard part. For others, starting them is the easy part. If you’re able to identify good ideas for websites, create them, and take them to some level of traction, then you can focus on the beginning full-time.

You don’t need to worry about scaling. There are plenty of business brokerages where you can sell starter websites to real business owners and wanna-be entrepreneurs alike. You won’t get as much money as a website with a lot of traction, but you can sell more since you aren’t waiting for them to be a proven winner. Just be aware that a big part of the sale is to sell the buyer on a dream or an idea, rather than just the metrics.
